WHY I BUILT ALFA WOMENS ACADEMY



Everyone has been telling me to come softer, play nice, be gentle.  I just can't do it.  I've been quote unquote nice my whole life, you know what happened? I became homeless at 17, I got played, I got beat, I got raped and ended up penniless. After I couldn't take it anymore, I sent my children to live with their dad, since I was about to be evicted that day anyway, then I put a .38 caliber to my head and pulled the trigger.  God decided I was going to stay in this life, but he also shared some very powerful wisdom with me that very day.  Since the I have been on this new journey and my life did a 360 turn around.  Not immediately but more so when I paid attention to certain things.  Now, I passed those lessons to my sisters as instructed by God.  To help heal the heart of women who like myself, fell victim to pain.  But we don't have to remain victims.  We can become conquers.
